We are eliminating the setup fees in return for your billing to commence immediately at $75 per month for the minimum required 50 member licenses to enable this upgrade. After the upgrade, you will have the flexibility to assign or revoke individual licenses on a per member basis via your Bringing Local Back (DocuTeam) admin dashboard. If you currently lack access, please inform us through the ticketing system, and we will ensure you're fully set up to manage this with ease.

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Chamber Nation (“Provider”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”), effective on the date of order.

1. Service Description and Pricing

Chamber Nation agrees to provide the following services to Customer:

• Instant AD Writer: Access towww.InstantADWriter.com to create custom advertising content for members using 5+ words. Chamber Nation staff will be prompted to assign copyright free images to each ad generated using the Instant AD Write email system..
  
  
• Integrated Bringing Local Back APP: Full access to www.MyAdvertising.Ai app, including onboarding and customization services for the Customer's members.
  
  
• License Requirement: The system requires the purchase of 50 member licenses at launch, priced at $75 per month which includes 100 advertisements per business (5000 total ads per 50 licenses). When they delete an older ad, they will have that available to use for another. If you find that you have more than 50 member licenses in use, you have the option to order another package of 50 licenses. We publish a "SUGGESTED" RETAIL PRICE of $10 per month when paid annually ($120), but it says that they can check with their Chamber for any special pricing or if sponsors are covering the cost of this powerful member program. Essentially, you have $8.50 per month in new revenue option that you can charge for or give away to enhance member value. Additionally, sponsors who support this program will be perceived as investing significantly more in the program, even if it may be a smaller amount since your cost is only $1.50 per month per participating business (One License).
  
  
• Sponsor Locations: Access to 10 sponsor display spots 2 of which are built into the APP itself and the other 8 are built into the ongoing Instant AD Writer communications. This is designed to help offset or cover the cost of this upgrade and core Chamber Nation services. Take a look at www.ISponsoredThis.com for details.
  
  

2. Fees and Billing

• Launch Period: Monthly service fees will be charged at time of order in exchange for normal setup fees.
  
  
• Post-Launch Billing: After launch, the monthly service charge will be billed accordingly. If you run out of licenses you will need to return to this page http://www.BringingLocalBack.com/order to place another order for additional licenses.
  
  
• Payment Terms: Monthly billing will commence automatically via Chamber Nation STRIPE billing automation.
  
  

3. Term and Termination

• This is a month-to-month agreement and may be canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice so we have time to wind-down the program for you.
  
  
• If payment fails then the service will canceled until you renew the card inside of your Stripe portal.

4. Customer Obligations

• Customer agrees to purchase a minimum of 50 active member licenses to initiate service. Once those licenses are assigned then a purchase of another 50 pack will be required to add additional businesses.
  
  
• Customer will support the promotion of the Bringing Local Back program to local businesses and members via their automated Instant AD Writer that is delivered via email on the 5th and 20th of each month. Members may opt out at any time. The default message shown at www.InstantADWriter.com may be adjusted upon request to Chamber Nation.
  
  
• Customer will provide feedback and testimonials for service enhancement and promotion, if requested.
  
  

5. Ownership and Rights

• All content created using Instant AD Writer and Bringing Local Back APP remains the property of the Customer.
  
  
• Provider retains all rights to software, system architecture, and marketing tools used in the delivery of this service.
  
  

6. Miscellaneous

• This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements relating to this specific service, oral or written.
  
  
• Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.
